Dusty Strings Apprentice Hammered Dulcimer w/ Hammers - No tuning wrench

This hammer dulcimer date form 1986 and is in great physical condition for it's age.
The normal wear includes a spot where some label wore off and a mark here and there (see pictures).
I don't have a tuning wrench to include and it's out of tune. Using a autoharp wrench I see the pegs all move fine.
