Music Center Internet Return Policy
We strive to make our pictures and descriptions as complete and accurate as
possible but we know that buying something without having it in front of you can be
disconcerting at times. We want you to be completely comfortable with your purchase
so we came up with our 30-day return policy. If, for any reason you have problems
with a product you bought from us we will refund you the full purchase price of the
item with no restocking fees, headaches, or hassles. This policy protects all products (except excluded items listed below)
up to 30 days from your purchase date. All we ask is that you send the item back to
us in the original packing material and return all manuals and/or accessories that
came with the item. If you have to make a return due to any mistake of ours (nobody's
perfect) we will gladly pay for your freight and offer a sincere apology.
Excluded Items:
Music Center Inc. cannot take any returns on
- special order items
- opened software
- CDs or tapes
-
printed material
- any item that inherently possesses a health concern
Items with
health concerns would include but is not limited to mouthpieces, microphones, headphones,
harmonicas or any other item that has been blown into or stuck into your ears.
Return Procedure:
To return an item just e-mail us at
service@MusicCenterInc.com
with a description of the item, your sales order number, and a brief description of
the reason for the return. We will e-mail you a Return Authorization, shipping
label, and instructions on how to ship to us.
